Every set from application to hearing back from Plata was excellent and easy! The lay out when you log in makes everything so easy to navigate! Finding all the options and information about your plan is so so easy. Haven’t even needed to get i touch with customer services as I have managed todo everything I need when I log in online. Its the transparency that sold it for me.

It was simple to get the information, it's very transparent. Login into my account has been easy. I've not needed to speak to anyone as all the information I've needed is on my account. I've enjoy this experience, funnily enough beacuse when people think of repaying a loan it's stressful Where's I've not found that, I've been given the option to pay it off early, and they celebrate that with me.
