Planta have been so helpful since getting the loan, the process was simple but most importantly quick. I needed to also push my payment back a month due to personal reasons and they were more than happy to help and also didn't ask 101 questions like most providers would do and make it difficult for you. My experience has been very straight forward. Advisors are experienced, prompt to get back to you and knowledgeable. The process and communication is very easy. It was quick & easy to get through loan amount I wanted without being put on endless phone call wait! I have been able to manage my account easily. The only thing I would say is for interest rate to be considered, but all in all great lender & I would recommend to anyone. Reviewed on: 21st February 2025
