Fast, easy and straightforward

Fast, easy and straightforward application and really quick processing and payment of loans. No issues since and can check on payment schedule and current amount owing on the easy to navigate website. Very impressive all round. Reviewed on: 21st February 2025

Excellent Customer Service

I had a call with one of the customer service colleagues. He was brilliant in giving detailed understanding of how early repayment is structured and that the added interest (locked) will be reduced if I was planning to repay early. He also politely asked if I wanted to make a repayment now to which i declined but was happy to provide alternatives to either do this via the weblink or by doing this by calling again. Wait time for getting through was near to nothing as i was connected with only 2 rings of the line. To which i thought i accidentally dialled the wrong number as the connection time was fast.
