Helpful, quick and easy. The process was very simple and didn't take long at all. Everything was done electronically. The correspondence and documents were clear and easy to follow. The decision process took very little time and all the figures were clearly laid out, which meant that I could check my budget to make sure repayments were manageable and there were no surprises.
