Excellent experience. I have my own dedicated account manager who deals with my requests and questions personally. Alex even helped me fill out the paperwork. they were very patient and cost effective and got me exactly what I needed for my new business. Reviewed on: 15th August 2024

It's Premier for a reason !

We have dealt with Val and John for many years and they always make time to talk if we have query or a concern, John comes down to the garage to discuss any issues we may have and how best his team can sort things out for us. When it comes to renewal time we know that Val and John have our best interests at heart and steer us towards the very best policies to best suit our needs, we look upon them as our extended family such is our trust, we would be lost without their expert knowledge of the insurance business. we have our business insurance with premier they are always willing to support and advise us on the best product for us. Any changes that we need to make the to product they are easy to contact and speak to the correct people in quick time. We have been with them for a number of years now and have no interest in changing provider. They have gone above an beyond in the past for us. Reviewed on: 15th August 2024

I have been dealing with you for over 20 years, your service is above and beyond when we have had a claim your guidence has been excellent and helped us every step of the way .We mostly deal with a lady called Val and she is a diamond ,very proffesional with everything she does and i would never consider going anywhere else .Many companies would benefit from joining premier as the money they have saved me is fantastic 100% reccomend this company you will not be dissapointed Reviewed on: 13th August 2024

First class customer service - helpful and informative

From the first conversation with Louise at Premier I felt at ease and knew I was in good hands. She was helpful and very informative with our complex business insurance needs. Our insurance needed quite a few extras and Louise went above and beyond to ensure our policy catered to all our needs. I was dreading the insurance setup as I've had such bad experiences in the past, but the process was effortless. I would 100% recommend premier insurance to other businesses.
