During my whole application process the amount of time they got in touch with me shows how much the team wanted to help me with my application and how much they care. I left the whole process has a nice human touch to which most of the bank don’t have. The most important thing is the open banking system which helped them to make decisions about my application not only depending on my credit score, which I don’t think is enough to make decision about someone’s future.
