A few times I have been in a bit of a sticky situation with vet bills or fence falling down that needed a lot of money. I contacted customer service and within a few hours they had given me a repayment holiday and it really really helped my situation. Easy to apply, simple set up with every step easy to navigate. Totally honest and transparent, short waiting time for validation checks, money transfers into your account and your account is set up.
