Very quick and easy customer service

Had to contact a few times now when I have been in a bit of a pickle with other emergency payments I’ve had to pay out. They are always very quick at replying and do not ask too many questions and make you feel at ease. Most companies if you ask for a payment break are incredibly invasive but this company made me feel very relaxed. Reviewed on: 25th March 2026

I needed money urgently for something important, and...

I needed money urgently for something important, and my credit score wasn’t great. Other lenders either rejected me or offered extremely high APRs, some as high as 68%. Then Abound came through for me with a much lower interest rate. I’m still repaying the loan, and it’s so manageable I hardly feel the impact. Excellent so far. Very low rate of interest and was easy to get the loan approved unlike some other companies. Will be looking forward to take more loans if needed in the future.
