Applied for a loan and funds was in my account in 24 hours .Was easy to apply with no complicated questions on application.Will recommend to use instead of high street banks Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

Access to funds quickly was great. Customer care ok.

Access to funds quickly was great. Only downside is having to make payments physically each month instead of just DD. A monthly message to say your payment has failed when funds are always readily available to make payments is frustrating. When query was raised with customer care they just said it was a problem at my end so th problem continued. Unhelpful. Reviewed on: 26th March 2026

Fantastic experience from start to finish !!!. Easy online application form and didn't wait long to be accepted. Money went into my bank with no fuss. Customer service was great too .. Amazing experience!

Amazing experience, needed a loan and was able to sort it within 24 hours. Very quick with all checks and approvals and such an easy and user friendly service to use. Money was into my bank account very soon after all ID checks were complete. The website is very easy to use with looking at statements and looking at paying extra back. Reviewed on: 26th March 2026

Haven’t had to speak with customer services so can’t judge them based on my personal experience, as I’ve had no issues with any of the services I’ve received, everything has been straight forward and simple, which is just was I was looking for when choosing a company to provide a loan.
