Dealt with a real human being on the phone, who took time to understand what cover I needed & gave sensible advice & a clear quote. Also love the little newsy emails based on my dog's stage of life. Who knew you could look forward to an email from your pet insurance? Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

Easy to manage policy, good customer service

I haven’t had to make a claim, I have made changes to my policy without issue and staff gave me clear understanding about what I was doing. Not the cheapest cover but there aren’t too many restrictions like other brands. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

My cat Spook was very ill he needed to have his lung drained and was on oxogen for couple of nights this treatment was expensive. My vets put the insurance claim in for me on a Friday afternoon and Agria paid into my bank by the following Monday. I am delighted with the hassle free service I received from Agria.
