Great service and a wealth of advice

We've only had our new dog for 8 months and Agria Pet Insurance was recommended to us by the breeder that we purchased from. A fantastic recommendation, as not only is our lovely new pet covered insurance wise but we have received some great advice from the regular emails. An insurance company that actually cares!

When you think of insurance company’s you think of money being taken and that’s that.. but I was pleasantly surprised with Agria, They actually care about their customers! We have our dog insured with them and we get monthly emails with helpful tips and advice on caring for our pup, fantastic news letters and always someone to help what ever the time on the end of a phone. And they are humans! Not robots!! They provide an amazing service which is well priced and gives us peace of mind that if god forbid we do need their help they are always there. The customer service was excellent and I found it very easy to choose options to insure my pets continued good health. Very good company for pet insurance. Easy to deal with and set up. Fair prices and excellent packages offered to suit your pets requirements. Great customer service and any issues or queries are dealt with promptly. I also love the monthly emails I receive from Agria giving advice, tips etc on the different stages of your puppy/dogs life and links to useful and informative videos.
