Have always been amazing, and helpful, even when it was stressful when our dog was ill, the guys at the end of the phone were so helpful, even at the sad time when we had to make "that" decision, when making the final telephone call to let Agria know, they was so compassionate, being pet owners themselves, and the sympathy card, that followed from them, was such a thoughtful touch Reviewed on: 20th July 2022

Wish I was with them
