I have claimed several times and always received settlement promptly, and have found the staff to be helpful, caring and knowledgeable. Knowing I don't ever have to compromise on my dog's care or treatment due to cost is a great feeling! I feel it's great value for money and an extremely comprehensive lifetime policy.
