Very quick to respond and fast to pay after a tragic situation with our beloved cat which died after a short illness. Great insurers

Great company, easy to use website and a really well laid out policy document. I think the pricing is reasonable and actually takes into account the value of pets in our life, unlike other insurers who let you cover an animal for £5 then when you need to claim tell you basically nothing is covered. Multiple claims handled quickly and efficiently

Having a kitten with ongoing broncho-pneumonia over the last 7 months is a stressful situation but the claims handling by Agria has not been stressful at all. All claims have been handled (and all paid) swiftly and efficiently. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

A puppy owner's best friend!

Agria have offered so much relevant information at exactly the right time in my puppy's life. Poppy could have been a nightmare but following all Agria's good advice and guides we now have a happy, well-behaved little pup that can be safely let off lead on walks. She understands so many commands; sit, drop it, come, fetch, find, stay, lie down, up, and in you bed, to name just a few. Extremely helpful service

I love the 24/7 veterinary nurse support who are able to relieve stresses and worries that arise. My puppy had an accident and was supported through their claims process. I'd only been with them a few months and was really happy with the service received. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022
