Since joining Agria, I have received regular newsletters containing helpful information on my puppy’s progress as well as information on events I can take my pooch to. The customer service team were all lovely and when I first looked into their policies and were able to answer all my questions competently. I would highly recommend Agria to any pet owner. I don't worry about the vet bills too much

Very quick to respond and fast to pay after a tragic situation with our beloved cat which died after a short illness.
