When we needed to claim on our insurance due to a mishap with grass seed and our keen spaniel, Argia, were super helpful during a really stressful time. We had a very poorly kitten and were rushed off our feet trying to keep him alive. We didn’t have much time to ring the insurance company, but they dealt with our enquiry swiftly and we didn’t have to hang on the phone for ages.
