I have my cat Alfie ins and they was quick to reply to my claim, no questions asked just had to fill out a form and the money was paid into my account within a week

My cat had a infection causing him to have a high temperature and no energy he was admitted put on a drip , it was a scary time but because I new I had a good policy he had the best treatment and was in the road to recovery in a week Reviewed on: 11th September 2020

Making a claim

Recently I needed to make a claim for one of my cats. Initially when I spoke to Agria, they were so pleasant and helpful, and I was reassured they would be able to deal with my claim. Their customer service has been second to none. Bennie is the first pet that I have owned and paying a lot of money for him I was very nervous about insurance and what I should be looking for but when I called Agria they were more than happy to explain everything that I needed to know and answered all of my questions. Rocky has been insured for 13 years

My cocker spaniel Rocky has been insured with Agira pet insurance for 13years . We have been very lucky that he has been fit and well for most of that time . But unfortunately age has got the better of him For the last 2years he has had prostate problems and heart disease so on medication for both. He has had to have expensive xrays and scans I am very impressed with Agira I put my claims in and the money is in my account within 2 weeks Very very efficient.
