Great service and good value for money

Thankfully I have not had to claim on the insurance for my Labrador many times, but she had a nasty accident when a young puppy. The claim was accepted and paid promptly which took away a huge amount of worry for me and made taking Thea for follow up appointments very easy. I also like receiving a £25 voucher each year to remind me that she needs her vaccinations. I think Agria is good value for money - not the cheapest but definitely great service. best pet insurance ever

I have been a customer for nearly 6 years now and have the best customer service from Agria. I have had to use the insurance when my lovely Cockerpoo swallowed chicken bones and had to have a 5 night stay at the vets. No quibble and was all dealt with efficiantley. Reviewed on: 11th September 2020

Having recently rescued a FrenchBulldog this opened up me up to the minefield that is pet insurance. The difference in quotes was ridiculous! I was completely at a loss as to what I needed. After contacting various companies and still feeling at a loss the charity I got my dog from suggested Agria. The gentleman I spoke to was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. He explained my various options, why polices varied so differently and helped me to make an informed choice suitable for my dogs needs.
