Peace of mind

When you dog is at the vets and you are worried sick, the last thing you want to do is worry about the cost or decide if you can afford treatment. Following our dog's operation, the claim was processed and settled very quickly and we were even reimbursed the post-surgery dog food prescribed by the vet. Reviewed on: 11th September 2020

They are so helpfull and actually care about the animals very helpful with any questions i have , i have never had to make a claim but i know they are there for peace of mind if i do , i am a breeder and i also get 5 weeks free insurance for my kittens to leave to there brilliant new homes Reviewed on: 11th September 2020

You dont got hassle from them.

Most insurance companies they hassle you as soon as you log in to find a n insurance but with agria they waited for me to get in touch .very pleased with what I heard .so I took out a policy for my husky jupiter.hopefully I would need to claim but if I do I know I would have any issues with agria. I bought a new pup 07/19 &unfortunately was diagnosed within a few months with campilla bacta. Agria were absolutely FIRST CLASS in dealing with claims with no queries on their part, considering they paid out approx £500 more than l had paid premiums. You can`t improe on that. They made a difficult time much easier

When my Border Collie was diagnosed with epilepsy I was devastated. The vet bills were an additional stress but Agria were fantastic. Making a claim was so easy, the staff were helpful and really lovely about the situation. I was able to get the best vet care without worrying about the cost!
