This is the seventh year I am renewing with Agria. Until a year ago I was very lucky that I never had to make a claim, but unfortunately my dog then suffered a cruciate injury. My vet dealt with Agria direct and everything was settled promptly, also they have been fantastic in respect of ongoing hydrotherapy sessions. I would thoroughly recommend Agria’s lifetime cover and although the premiums have increased slightly each year I would consider them reasonable increases, even though my girl is now nearly 12 years of age.
