No quibble, quick resolution - repeatedly

My cat is just over 2 years old and the most accident prone feline I’ve ever known. He has injured both his back paws twice, ripping them open and Agria have honoured the claims each time never once quibbling about the fact this young cat has needed stitches, bandages, pain relief, antibiotics and latterly staples, on a basis far more frequently than any of us would have dreamt or liked! Agria pet insurance has to be the best most hands on insurance company I’ve known, since dot one they’ve given so much useful information and an email each week/month in what to expect at each week of your pups age. They’ve got competitions on social media to get everyone involved and feel included. I was given an amazing discount offer when choosing Agria to insure my pup and I haven’t looked back since! This is the seventh year I am renewing with Agria. Until a year ago I was very lucky that I never had to make a claim, but unfortunately my dog then suffered a cruciate injury. My vet dealt with Agria direct and everything was settled promptly, also they have been fantastic in respect of ongoing hydrotherapy sessions. I would thoroughly recommend Agria’s lifetime cover and although the premiums have increased slightly each year I would consider them reasonable increases, even though my girl is now nearly 12 years of age.
