Brilliant service by friendly, helpful customer service assistants, flexible insurance with additional options if required, which can be easily removed if no longer required. The first time I used my insurance was when my dog needed urgent medical attention and had to be taken to the emergency vets and then for numerous follow ups. We were worried about the time frame it would take for the insurance to come through however Agria was fast in their response once they had all the information which was one less worry for us. Having been a long time customer, I have always been impressed by the quality of the service provided. I have an over excited German pointer who over the years has required mending. Any claims I have made have always been dealt with quickly, with no fuss and have enabled me to concentrate on getting Ralph better. First class service. Reviewed on: 11th September 2020

Good comprehensive cover
