I have never had a problem with claiming for problems with my dogs. Customer Service is amazing, helpful and sympathetic and only to happy to help during your claim. The cover they offer is great And I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Reviewed on: 15th August 2020

An Excellent and Caring Service

Our dog became unexpectedly seriously ill with a life threatening problem. This is regrettably on-going. However a combination of excellent veterinary care and tremendous support in terms of responding to claims by Agria Insurance has eased the whole situation enormously. Telephone calls are responded to with care and consideration and a feeling that your dogs welfare is of paramount importance. Reviewed on: 15th August 2020
