No quibble, solid cover

I cannot fault Agria in any way. We have had numerous complex health problems with our dog since he was a puppy and we have never had a claim disputed and payments are made promptly. We finally got our Vizsla puppy to complete our home but we were very confused on which insurance and what cover we would need. We called Agria pet insurance asking lots of questions trying to make sure we get the best policy possible for our new family member. The gentleman was very helpful and gave us so much information about the policy’s, other company’s and generally how pet insurance works and what to look out for when choosing our policy. We were recommended Agria but the a friend and have been very impressed with how quickly the customer care and service was and is as our rescue retriever came to us with a medical problem.....they are fair and understanding .....we would definitely recommend them . Reviewed on: 15th August 2020
