Cat and dog insurance It was easy to set up my 5 weeks free and then continue to a full policy for my puppy’s insurance. I also have cover for my cat, she loved her hamper! Reviewed on: 17th April 2026

First time pet insurance!

We have two cats that are both a year old. We have had to make a claim recently for one of them and although Agria was very thorough with the claim and very quick to settle (two weeks) from initial submission to paying out, I am unable to base this on any other companies. All in all I am very pleased but remain concerned that my premium will significantly increase in October for renewal! Reviewed on: 13th August 2020

When my cavachon was young she developed problems walking which needed immediate surgery on her left hind kneecap and in future her right one will also need replacing. She came through the first op fine and, so far, her right hasnt deteriorated further so she avoided surgerY again. Agria were excellent, very helpful and payment prompt, so I avoided further worry. I have not had to claim on my insurances yet and in all honesty I hope I never have to. Although I would never be without pet insurance, I have owned dogs and cats for 30+ years and learned with my first pet that insurance is invaluable.
