Agria are Fantastic

Agria have been absolutely amazing with my insurance for my British Blue cat. She has been diagnosed with several health problems recently including Feline Asthma and Lymphoma. Both of which have been dealt with amazingly well by Agria when claiming for these, with sensitivity and speed of outcome. There is minimal fuss, friendly contacts to speak to and really quick processing. Would highly highly recommend Agria to anyone! Reviewed on: 13th August 2020

Expensive but good coverage

I have found Agria to be one of The more expensive insurance companies but they offer extensive cover and you can add on travel abroad, pregnant bitch cover etc. If and when you need it. Reviewed on: 13th August 2020

Agria have been the most helpful, friendly service I have ever come across. Obviously when your pet is poorly you are at your most stressful and having such an understanding, prompt service takes away some of that pressure. We’ve been with Agria since our Bassett Lewis was a wee pup. Bless him, he’s had two really major back operations, numerous ear treatments and recently managed to inhale a 26cm blade of grass that got stuck in his windpipe. Every single time, the claim has gone through with no argument and polite professional communication. Couldn’t be more pleased Reviewed on: 13th August 2020

Excellent service

In January 2020 my then 5 month old dachshund puppy Herman was bitten on the head by a collie. He received a fractured skull, broken jaw, and broken eye and nose bones. We were away from home so went to the nearest emergency vet then moved to our local 24 hr vet then onto a specialist vet. Agria Pet insurance company were excellent. Sympathetic and kind while professional and helpful. They reimbursed the costs less excess from the first two Veterinary practices, the third specialist practise they liaised directly with and paid them direct. It was such a relief to deal with such a great understanding company at such a distressing time for us. Herman has made a full recovery and is still a very sociable little fellow with other canines and humans despite his terrible experience. Thank you Agria! Reviewed on: 13th August 2020

I adopted a puppy whose young owner had developed a severe allergic reaction to him. Agria agreed to transfer my name onto his current insurance in order to maintain his lifetime cover. I intend to add my other dog to Agria Pet Insurance when his current insurance is up for renewal. Reviewed on: 13th August 2020
