Good value for basic cover Generally easy although the customer service can occasionally be a little slow. Didn't quibble over a claim and paid out quickly. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026

I have been with Agria for a few years now. When I had my Cocker Spaniel Barney, he had some health issues and Agria were excellent to deal with, which is why after I lost Barney and then got another 2 Cocker Spaniels, I had no hesitation at all in insuring them both with Agria. One of the 2 dogs was a 3 year old rescue and before I got her, I had asked Agria for quotes on dogs of that age. Again Agria couldn't have been more helpful. What I like about Agria is the human aspect. The people you talk to really care and that's why I insure the animals I love so much with Agria Also, one day when I met with a friend and her dog, she was talking about how she was paying a large sum each month to her insurance company for her ONE DOG, while I was paying a similar amount to Agria for my 2 dogs. I recommended Agria straightaway. She later messaged me, as a very happy dog owner, to say a big thank you as she had arranged insurance for her dog with Agria for just over half of what she was paying before! Excellent insurance company

Although I have made no claims as I only have a young dog, Agria sent my welcome voucher immediately. They send emails but not an overload as you can get from other companies. Reviewed on: 10th July 2020
