Excellent customer service

I really like Agria. As a Maine Coon breeder, I have Agria policies for all my cats and I also send out our litters with the five week policies Agria provides for breeders. This really gives me peace of mind knowing my little ones are going to their new homes protected. I also find the customer service members exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are always friendly and helpful when I’ve needed to get in touch. I always recommend Agria when considering pet insurance. Reviewed on: 10th July 2020

Excellent service.

Staff are kind and understanding .Always have time to chat.Making a claim is quick and easy and money is paid to my bank within 2 weeks unless claim is made straight from my vet. Either way is excellent service . Reviewed on: 10th July 2020

Always there when we needed them most

Our Beagle ended up needing urgent back surgery whilst I was serving overseas. Despite the language barriers all was dealt with swiftly, with compassion and without a hitch. No complications with payments etc either. Thank you Agria Pet Insurance. Reviewed on: 10th July 2020
