Good value for basic cover Generally easy although the customer service can occasionally be a little slow. Didn't quibble over a claim and paid out quickly. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026

Amazing

I couldn’t recommend this company enough! My cat had to have an operation at 8 months old. I was very anxious and stressed however, the people I spoke to on the phone were friendly and made me feel at ease. Great insurance company you can trust.

My dog Freddie is now 11 years old. When young he had serious ear mite problems caused mainly through allergies. Our Vets tried did their best but in the end they referred him to a consultant. After a lot of investigation and 4 deep ear cleans and a lot of money he is now O.K. Total cost around £4,000 which Agria paid quickly as and when the bills came in. He has been well for some time but remains on a strict diet as recommended by the consultant. He is still insured and I would recommend Agria to any pet owner! Reviewed on: 10th July 2020

Better than our previous insurer.

Have previously used lower cost pet insurance but ultimately regretted it due to issues when making a claim. We'll stick with Agria now. Reviewed on: 10th July 2020

Completely reliable and great customer service

I really feel like they know about animals and they're trying to get the best possible result for me and my cat. Any time I've needed to call up there has been a super helpful person at the other end of the phone and they have always found out what was the next thing to do, especially if it's something the Vet Surgery needed to complete. Perfect level of cover for amazing price

Great lifetime cover can have optional add ons too. Love the travel expense cover incase needing to travel to a specialist. Only down fall is you can’t change the date of your policy past two weeks of your start date. Reviewed on: 10th July 2020

Great service

I have a dog and a cat in January the dog had to have a TPLO (Cruciate ligament) operation. Just as the dog was getting over his operation the cat came home with a broken rear leg. Had to go vet in emergency and the leg was put in a metal frame. With both claims Agria claim line was so helpful and all claims were paid in full. Definitely recommend Agria, thankyou so much.
