Helpful and quick service

I have other animals insured with different companies and working in the veterinary profession I have experience of dealing with many more! Caring but competitive

Thankfully I haven’t had to use Africa pet insurance for my 7 month old JRT. However, I have been with other insurance companies with my last JRT, who I lost age 14. I chose Agria as they were competitive in pricing giving me the cover I wanted. But I have found them to be caring about us both, sending emails about different things to do or think about for my puppy. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2020

Luckily I have not had to use our insurance so far.... but when I signed up and rang through a year ago... the chap on the phone was brilliant!... explained everything really well, didn't pressurise me or talk me into anything and really helped me understand all the policy! our cover seems pretty good and we are happy Reviewed on: 22nd June 2020
