We recently rescued a Mastiff cross puppy and researched many companies,when I spoke to Agria (actually got to talk to someone,unusual in this day and age!) They were great,no hard sell,no telling me how much better they were than others and also didn't lead with the free gift sell We felt at ease and a cared for customer immediately. A bonus is the vet line,monthly bulletins about pups development and a really great quality hamper for our pup. Hopefully we will never need to claim,but feel confident Agria will be there to help !!. Reviewed on: 7th October 2022

Straight forward great pet insurance

Both our furry ones are insured with Agria. The older dog had some health issues, but Agria sorted out the vet's fees without any bother. Their regular puppy updates for our youngest are always informative reading. Reviewed on: 7th October 2022

Always there when you need them

A breath of fresh air

Agria is a breath of fresh air when it comes to pet insurance companies, the staff are super friendly and helpful, they never try to push products on you and are honest with the responses when you ask questions about the additional products. Such a great company Reviewed on: 7th October 2022

Compassionate, reliable and affordable

Our dog went into kidney failure due to poisoning. It was a very upsetting time for us all and the vets bills were mounting up as we tried everything to save our furry friend. Unfortunately after five days of fighting for his life we had to make the difficult and heart breaking decision to put him to sleep, he was 6 and still had a full life ahead of him, so we were understandably devestated. Bills had to be paid and the process Agria took us through for claiming from our insurance was easy and did not add to our stress, the customer service and compassion given was outstanding. I would highly recommend Agria Pet Insurance, things happen that you can't predict and they certainly helped us through a heartbreaking time by allowing us the flexibility to have time to say our goodbyes. For the type of insurance we had we also were able to get our pet cremated and scatter his ashes in a special place. It was that type of flexibility that made a hard time that little bit easier. Reasonable fees and timely payment of claims

Unlike a lot of insurers Agria do not put up the premium by a massive amount each year. I made a claim a few years ago and this was repaid to me within a few days, and the premium didn't jump up the following year. Reviewed on: 7th October 2022

Reliable insurers and have received all the help I have needed

When my cat had ongoing eye problems and needed entropian surgery it was all covered less the initial excess. The process was quick and easy and mostly handled by the vet and Agria. Highly recommend and have done to my contacts. Reviewed on: 7th October 2022
