Agria - pet insurance company who are honest and fair

We decided to continue with Agria insurance after the initial 2 weeks through the vets as another company was going to put an exclusion on our puppy’s entire reproductive system just because of a common minor infection she had in the first 2 weeks of having her with us. When I spoke to Agria , they said they wouldn’t do that and each time there is a claim , they would talk to the vets themselves. Very sensible, honest and fair! Reviewed on: 19th August 2022

The people that I have spoken to at 'Agria' have shown compassion and understanding , especially in recent months after my dog ' Jela ' got injured in a fight with a cat . Unfortunately, the cat died. This upset me aswell , but I was made to feel better after talking to the excellant staff at ' Agria '.Thankyou. Reviewed on: 19th August 2022
