Recently had our little Jemima go through BOAS... claim for her was seamless and perfect... also had a scan on our little Frank the tank... again seamless dealing with Agria and St Leonards in Derby.... both animals are rescues and Agria has added to their lives immesurably !! Brilliant service at a time of need!! 5 stars!!

We’ve got both our Ragdoll cats insured with Agria, and when they were both diagnosed with Pancytopenia back last year they were absolutely fantastic and made what was such a worrying and stressful time a little bit easier knowing they covered the cost of the vet bills, no questions asked. I can’t fault their service and you always got to speak to a friendly voice at the end of the phone without waiting ages in a queue. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Reviewed on: 15th October 2022

Right from the start Agria staff have been very easy to contact, and especially clear in explaining the structure of their claims which I didn’t get to start with. They have also been surprisingly attentive. We have unfortunately had to make a couple of claims and they have been quick in paying us what was due. Reviewed on: 15th October 2022
