Expensive & promotional offers are not honoured

When signing up promised a £50 voucher to spend with any vet, however no voucher was ever given, chased them several times & they promised to resolve it but didn't. If they are like this with a £50 voucher that was promised for new customers, what will they be like with an actual claim? I suspect they will be just as evasive, really don't come across as an honest company. Reviewed on: 18th August 2022
