With one furbaby insured with Agria, there was not doubt to add my additional two rescues. A simple phone call with Agria and in no time my policy was updated with the additions. The call centre genuinely cares about their clients and go out of their way to make the process simple and convenient - exploring all options to suit your pet and needs. Thank you Agria! I have a simple moggy cat and each year she seems to get into some scerfuffle, split tongue, bad teeth (doesn't brush 'em) and an ear haematoma. Without the insurance this would all have been a nightmare. Agria have reimbursed me quickly and I have confidence in them that they will cover costs and not give me a hard time about vet fees.
