I registered my puppy with Agria earlier this year and am impressed by the quick turnaround in processing claims and value the fact that Agria don't just put an exclusion on a policy, but assess on a claim-by-claim basis. Not luckily needed to use my insurance from Agria pet yet for my rescue dog, but receive helpful email tips, claimed a lovely hamper from Love Louie, had a great ID tag and a pay a fair price. Reviewed on: 11th August 2022

The insurers that keep on giving

I had my 2 cats, Tabith & Merryn as kittens from Wonky Pets who had them insured with Agria, so I just kept them with Agria. I was very pleasantly surprised to discover that I get £25 off each of their yearly vaccinations! When I had to put in a claim last year for vet treatment, for a very nasty bite that Tabitha received from a neighbouring tom cat, Agria settled the claim very quickly and no quibbles about it. I have my insurance with Agria luckily I haven’t had to claim but they offered the level of cover I needed for my giant breed dog at a competitive price I feel comfortable with the cover I have incase we ever need it. Reviewed on: 11th August 2022
