My new puppy came with a four week insurance with pet plan, I went online for a quote and was pretty shocked at the price for insuring Wilfy, so I went on comparison sites, but all seemed quite confusing. I then asked a friend who had worked as a receptionist at her local vet who she would recommend and she advised me to look at Agria ( I had never heard of them) the price quoted was nearly half the price of Pet plan with the same benefits so it was a no brainier really. I called up as I couldn’t find my puppy breed online and didn’t want to make a mistake, and the advisor couldn’t have been any more helpful. I haven’t made a claim so I cannot comment on that, but my friend assured me that she always found the company to be very efficient and very quick to pay out any claims. Reviewed on: 8th August 2022

Pawfect care

My rescue frenchie dog came with his insurance thro Agria, I have stayed with them as never had any issues. This year he slipped two discs in his neck. This was a stressful time, but Agria helped and supported me. I could ring and ask for advice and staff pleasant and helpful, plus no long waiting on the phone. Two days to settle claim. My renewal premium was not loaded like a lot of other companies do when you’ve made a claim. They also have vets you can talk to. I would recommend them, both my frenchies are insured with them. Very friendly and knowledgeable telephone customer services. Claims are dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Very few companies pay for euthanasia these days,but Agria does this. Reviewed on: 8th August 2022
