First time personally purchased pet insurance but have observed other family experiences. My puppy had 3 months complimentary insurance. I researched and felt their cover was fair at an affordable price, important as am pensioner with very limited income. However, greatly impressed with their regular personalised emails, regarding my puppy's development at different stages, good health advice, access to qualified support and also any new offers that become available. Our 11.5 yr old boy LM has unfortunately been through the mill lately with malignant growths, kidney issues, etc. Agria have without any issues paid for all the required procedures and continue to do so! Of course the monthly payments have been increased for the new year but, nothing that is not fair and deserved for the thousands of pounds Agria have already covered. I can highly recommend Agria.
