First time personally purchased pet insurance but have observed other family experiences. My puppy had 3 months complimentary insurance. I researched and felt their cover was fair at an affordable price, important as am pensioner with very limited income. However, greatly impressed with their regular personalised emails, regarding my puppy's development at different stages, good health advice, access to qualified support and also any new offers that become available.
