In the past 18 months I have unfortunately needed to claim on my dogs insurance for a liver condition. All I can say is that Agria have been great in assisting me get the best treatment possible including CT scans and major surgery for my dog who has now made a full recovery. I was a bit apprehensive making a pet insurance claim recently especially when my vets informed me that a lot of claims are being declined at the moment.
