My pup fractured his leg. It was so stressful as a new dog owner I had no idea how much emergency care can cost. Agria we’re great they provided really good advice regarding my claim and really put my mind at ease. No quibbles no questions they just settled, which allowed me to focus on Ralph getting better. SERVICE MANY ASPIRE TO BUT FEW ACHIEVE

Sadly because of our 2 chocolate labs medical problems which were diagnosed at an early age we have had to call on Agria to help fund their ongoing treatment on various issues for about 11 years. Agria, firstly when my wife had dealing with them and latterly myself have found them nothing but empathetic and totally efficient in handling any claims or queries that we needed clarification on always being as helpful as they can. In fact a couple of weeks ago I complimented the call handler on this very subject passing on the observations my wife had made to me. If I think of some other organisations that I have had to deal with they could learn many lessons from Agria in what I would deem Best Practice then life would be a lot easier in solving problems that inevitably arise from time to time. If by chance I win anything by writing this then the money will be donated to Dogs Trust as my commentary is not to win any money but to tell the truth as I see it. Reviewed on: 24th July 2022
