Took from May to September, before I recieved payement for a cancelled holiday. Finally made a telephone call, to get the process moving, like I had been forgotten. When making the claim, the website suggested that sending the documents by email would be the most efficent method. Problem is they cant handle large files, so ended up posting the information, very frustrating, this need to be sorted ASAP/ Reviewed on: 30th August 2025

Good because they provide cover for people with health problems but it's Expensive if you have a lot of medical problems and I don't like that if you have a claim, you have to claim by filling in a 3rd party form in which for the older people is very technical. Reviewed on: 30th August 2025
