Very respectful and knowledgeable person who dealt with my call, answered my questions and had time to listen to my concerns, making sure that my needs were met. Even when I phoned to speak to another department, when I explained my paperwork had been lost, they sent me a new email and a copy in the post which arrived two days later. I was looking for travel cover but because I had a yet undiagnosed condition most insurers wouldn't cover me. I spoke to AllClear on the phone and they were brilliant. Best, clear policies for pre existing conditions.

Best, clear policy provider at very competitive prices for persons with pre-existing medical conditions. Straightforward application online and by phone. Staff are knowledgeable and consistently mannerly and helpful. We have used them for a number of years now and always recommend them to family and all our friends. On the one ocassion we had to make a claim for minor medical treatment, the process was clear and proceeded smoothly. Excellent. First class service. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024
