A very professional and efficient company.

Their customer service are always professional and friendly. Their calls are answered in a timely manner. Their advice on their policies is always clear and based on my planned years travel they advise the best policy, which I know I can amend throughout the year should my travel change. Very rapid response to providing Cover

Very rapid response to providing Cover, despite both our ages and medical history, when other Companies withdrew Cover on reaching 80 without adequate warning whilst we were abroad. The underwriters were very efficient and the price was equivalent to the previous insurers, who declined renewal. Reviewed on: 8th August 2025

I can only comment on the ease of taking out a policy and renewing it, as thankfully I have not needed to make a claim. The online form is easy to complete. I did have a question regarding a medication but that was easily resolved by making a call to the help desk. I have just renewed for a further year and am delighted that there was a 20% reduction from last year's cost. Reviewed on: 8th August 2025
