My first time with AllClear.

The insurer I normally use would not insure me because I have an undiagnosed condition. AllClear were happy to insure me (but obviously not for the undiagnosed condition). The people that I spoke to on the phone were friendly and helpful, although there was a bit of confusion initially over the difference between Minorca (my destination) and Majorca. I haven't been on my holiday yet so can't make any further comment, except to say that compared to the company I normally use, the cost for a single 1 week trip is roughly 60% of the cost of my usual annual multi-trip insurance.
