Easy to set up, but too many hoops to claim. I was ill, so my wife had to deal with the claim. She was given incorrect information as to who to contact to make the claim. It’s not AllClear you’re dealing with. It’s a subsidiary of Zurich. After the £75 excess, the claim was for £75 to cover the cost of the Dr to attend to me in the hotel. It was so complicated. We cruise quite often, and AllClear provides the perfect insurance product for our particular and specific requirements. Renewing the policy has been easy to achieve online, and on the occasions we had submitted a claim, it has been resolved very effectively and efficiently. Reviewed on: 8th August 2025
