Very helpful when we bought our policy ,but unfortunately we had to make a claim they state 99%of claims paid in 5 working days now on week 8 and getting nowhere don't recommend Reviewed on: 4th June 2025

My husband was skiing in the States, had a fall and later that night went to hospital with severe abdominal pain. He was discharged after 24 hours and lots of scans/tests. He found the person responsible for handling insurance claims before he left. She saw it was AllClear and said "Great, I know these people. No problem." The bill would have been a big one, but it was settled immediately. Thank you AllClear. SO IMPRESSED. Have just renewed our holiday insurance with them. Reviewed on: 27th April 2025

I would avoid at all cost. I would avoid at all cost. I bought the gold plus insurance. A month later I missed a connection flight because of a snowstorm that created systemic failures in Atlanta. After so much back and forth, the insurance provider keeps finding reasons not to cover the missed flight. It really feels like the type of insurance that will do anything not to pay.
