Excellent in the past but currently poor

In the past Allclear have been excellent, but they have not actioned my winter sports extension on my annual policy and not yet responded to my complaint (I first tried adding the cover 6 weeks ago), leaving me without ski cover for my holiday until resolved. A real shame as previously seemed excellent. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024

During that time, we are unable to offer the additional endorsement for winter sports to our manual renewals or new quotations. However, I am pleased to inform you that, as of the beginning of October, the cover has been reinstated and can be added to the insurance policy.
