Great customer service when our holiday needed to be cancelled and claim made. One direct telephone / direct email to claims, number to help in the need of making a claim is very much needed. Very frustrating Reviewed on: 29th September 2025

Fair price for year 1. Year 2 quote just landed with a 70% increase. Maybe hoping won’t notice and it’ll auto renew. Which reminds me… better cancel that Reviewed on: 29th September 2025
