This is our first experience booking with this company. When I booked initially I omitted one health condition. I was not happy when I reported this and was given a higher premium. As I had already paid the premium I cancelled following discussion with one of your staff. This experience was very upsetting and I thought we would not be able to afford to go on holiday. However I rang the following day and spoke to a different staff member who very patiently went through everything with me and gave me a different quote which I accepted and I am very happy with this. A simple and effective website to follow. Clear and concise questions made it easy to complete the on line form. The insurance was reasonably priced for my one off trip even with the medical issues I have. I am now covered and can relax on my holiday knowing that I will have the support should I need it.
