This is our first experience booking with this company. When I booked initially I omitted one health condition. I was not happy when I reported this and was given a higher premium. As I had already paid the premium I cancelled following discussion with one of your staff. This experience was very upsetting and I thought we would not be able to afford to go on holiday. However I rang the following day and spoke to a different staff member who very patiently went through everything with me and gave me a different quote which I accepted and I am very happy with this.
