When busy it is trying to wait on line for too long when staff say they are very busy and please wait for the next available member of staff. We are all busy and a call back was good but not always used.

Absolutely fantastic travel insurance which I will definitely be using again and again. This insurance company was the only one that would insure my son with travel insurance for cancer and a peanut allergy. They employ a logical, clear approach and were fantastic. Freindly staff. Good clear paperwork. covers all eventualities, but a lot to print out! Reasonably priced and acceptable for an 80 year old. It is important for the old to travel easilya ss sthey are not necessarily a liability.

Checked out AllClear travel insurance following a very large increase quote from my previous insurance company. With declared health conditions and a regular overseas traveler I was very happy with the service and quote made by AllClear. No problems at all when my mum had to be seen to after being assaulted whilst in Spain. All Clear paid hospital without any problems which from our perspective was very reassuring as the family had a traumatic time following incident without having to worry about insurance.
