When busy it is trying to wait on line for too long when staff say they are very busy and please wait for the next available member of staff. We are all busy and a call back was good but not always used.

Absolutely fantastic travel insurance which I will definitely be using again and again. This insurance company was the only one that would insure my son with travel insurance for cancer and a peanut allergy. They employ a logical, clear approach and were fantastic.
