Allclear paid the claim very quickly. There were two claims for my husband and I. The lady that I spoke to dealt with themboth at the same time. She went out of her way to be able to do both, rather than another colleague dealing separate. Reviewed on: 19th September 2025

An exceptional experience

My first phone call was terminated when we were discussing my asthma as I could not remember when it started. I had to contact the doctor / receptionist to ascertain the date and the year. On my second phone call the AllClear representative spoke clearly and explained the aspects of the insurance at different levels. She asked questions about my health issues and helped me to answer correctly when necessary. I know it is important to get the details correct and I chose Gold Cover as the benefits are exceptional. Only insurance which has reduced in price over the three years of cover. Helpful customer service agents who provide information clearly based on your personal circumstances.
